About this song:

I wrote this song in 2015. At the time, I had always planned that this song could be a Dropped Out song. We were writing other songs at the time and just never got around to working on this one. At it's core, this song is about struggling with anxiety and being inside of your own head. Life sometimes can be overwhelming and feel like one long mental breakdown. You can spend so much time worrying about things and try to keep yourself together but in the end you just end up falling apart. You end up making the things you're trying to avoid happen because you're too focused on trying to make them not happen.

Again, if you feel like you can't handle existence, remember that there are people alive who are there to help in anyway that they can. Talk about it, write about it, sing about it. It helps.
